📋 Description

• Develop an AI-powered methodology for automating the onboarding of new SAP customers into managed services • Identify automation and digitalization potential across the entire service lifecycle • Support the standardization of operational processes • Analyze, structure, and prepare customer, project, and operations documentation using Generative AI • Build intelligent knowledge bases • Develop and test AI assistants • Use Large Language Models (LLMs), Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI Services • Create Proofs of Concept (PoCs) • Develop intelligent workflows • Monitor and evaluate current AI and automation trends • Contribute to innovation initiatives as well as concepts, presentations, and management materials

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a comparable field • Initial experience with Python, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, OpenAI, or comparable technologies • Basic understanding of data analysis and automation • Interest in IT service management, SAP system landscapes, and cloud technologies • Strong analytical thinking • Structured and independent approach to work • High willingness to learn • Curiosity about new technologies • Creativity in developing innovative solutions • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Ability to quickly grasp complex topics and present them clearly and understandably • German language skills at least at C1 level, both written and spoken • Good command of English
