📋 Description

• Build and optimize AI components and pipelines for Sherpany’s products • Experiment with advanced AI techniques to deliver innovative features • Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with product and engineering teams • Ensure performance, scalability, and security in AI workflows • Work with on-prem AI deployments and optimize infrastructure for reliability and compliance • Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and propose improvements • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices • Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver practical, high-quality AI solutions aligned with business goals

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in AI/ML engineering with hands-on experience in production environments • Strong Python skills • Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn • Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex • Experience with on-prem AI deployments is a strong plus • Experience with containerization using Docker • Experience with modern engineering practices including CI/CD and Git • Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements • Experience with cloud AI platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP is a plus for future initiatives
