📋 Description

• Lead a small, high-output agentic engineering pod migrating AWS Lambda applications to Azure • Design the harness, including scaffolding, constraints, and feedback loops, for reliable Claude Code agent work • Own and evolve the claude_code_forge scaffolding, CLAUDE.md specifications, agent creation, MCP tool configurations, and custom slash commands • Decompose the AWS estate into depth-first migration work-packages with clear acceptance criteria • Enforce architecture through structural tests, linting rules, and dependency-layer checks • Run weekly entropy-management sweeps using background Claude Code tasks • Mentor engineers on prompt-driven TDD, multi-agent orchestration, and Claude Desktop / Cowork workflows • Report migration velocity, agent utilisation, and risk to stakeholders • Build the harness while guiding the pod in a player-coach capacity

🎯 Requirements

• Experience handling big teams • 6–8 years of software engineering experience • 2+ years leading delivery teams • Deep AWS and Azure serverless experience, including Lambda → Functions, DynamoDB → Cosmos DB, and Step Functions → Durable Functions • Hands-on proficiency with Claude Code, Claude Desktop, and Cowork • Track record of building developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, or platform engineering
