📋 Description
• Manage a team of implementation professionals and provide leadership, coaching, and direction • Serve as the implementation lead for DataSpring's COB solution portfolio • Lead pivotal, high value clients through complex implementation projects • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process • Recruit, train, and manage implementation team members
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience implementing COB, payer operations, eligibility, claims, enrollment, provider data management, or other healthcare administrative technology solutions • Strong understanding of Coordination of Benefits (COB), payer operations, healthcare data exchange, eligibility workflows, or related healthcare administrative processes • B.A./B.S. degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field required • Fully proficient with current CRM software as well as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
