📋 Description

• Lead ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM application consultancy projects for strategic clients • Work with technical delivery and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project health • Help sell and position additional work for the company • Develop integrated project plans and act as primary customer contact • Establish, monitor, and integrate projects using analyses, performance measures, and risk assessments • Negotiate project changes and maintain statements of work, cost, and schedule baselines • Lead and direct a remote project team • Manage cross-functional client projects • Oversee project budgets and drive course corrections • Organize internal business groups to deliver projects within scope while managing customer expectations • Manage a portfolio of unrelated projects and provide progress transparency to clients and Datavail management • Tailor project management approaches using Agile and Waterfall techniques • Develop integrated schedules, including critical paths, and ensure resources execute as planned • Monitor, track, and control project changes through formal change control management • Contribute to Datavail PMO standards, processes, and tools for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 10 or more years Project/Program Management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience • At least 4 years managing ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM projects within a cloud or on-prem environment • Experience leading globally sourced project teams using a global delivery model • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, or a related field of study • 15+ years professional services experience leading projects for external or internal customers • PMP or Agile implementation methodology experience • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Fusion Middleware, and related technologies • Waterfall and Agile project methodology experience required • Strong leadership skills and ability to interface and report status with client leadership (C-Suite) • Experience successfully managing implementation projects • Excellent customer communication skills • ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM-specific knowledge
