• Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners, affiliates, and business introducers across target markets • Develop and implement strategies to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term business success • Represent the organization at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities • Provide market intelligence to senior management, including insights on trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory updates • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives • Monitor regional business performance and prepare regular performance and strategy reports for leadership
• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), as well as Fluency in either Thai, Malay or Korean, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management, preferably in digital services or technology-driven sectors • Demonstrated success in developing and managing partner networks in international or emerging markets • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Willingness to travel within assigned regions as required
