âą Define and execute the business development strategy with a strong focus on Introducing Brokers and strategic partnerships âą Identify, engage, and develop long-term relationships with high-value IBs across multiple regions âą Lead negotiations, onboarding processes, and ongoing management of IB agreements and partnership contracts âą Monitor partner performance, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in revenue and engagement âą Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions and campaigns for partners âą Assess new market opportunities, analyse competitive landscapes, and recommend expansion initiatives âą Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and meetings with key partners and clients âą Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of business development and IB management professionals âą Provide senior management with clear reporting on pipelines, market trends, and strategic progress âą Ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements across all operating jurisdictions.
âą Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field âą Native/Fluent English (C1) language, both written and spoken âą Minimum of 8 yearsâ experience in business development, IB management, or client relationship roles within financial services, fintech, trading platforms, or brokerage environments âą Proven expertise in managing and growing Introducing Broker networks âą Demonstrated ability to lead and scale international or multi-location teams âą Strong understanding of financial markets and trading products, including FX, CFDs, equities, and derivatives âą Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including exposure to senior decision-makers âą Track record of delivering measurable growth through partnerships and strategic initiatives âą Strategic, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities âą Willingness to travel internationally and manage across multiple time zones âą Additional languages are an advantage, particularly for European, Asian, or Latin American markets.
