• Serve as Hospital Services development executive within 1 to 2 $1+B operating groups. • Lead initiatives that drive long-term growth as part of division leadership team. • Partner with Hospital division leadership team to analyze market trends and identify opportunities/threats. • Source, develop, and negotiate renal partnerships with assigned Hospitals and Systems. • Develop strong relationships with external and internal customers which will help facilitate more growth. • Manage key deliverables and prepare and deliver executive presentations to senior leadership teams within Company and at external partners.
• A Bachelor's degree is required. • An MBA, MPH, or a relevant graduate degree is preferred. • Significant work experience in the healthcare industry with Medical Device Strategic Sales, Health System strategy and growth. • 5+ years of transaction experience in Corporate Development and sales. • Demonstrated experience analyzing markets, partners, and competitors to develop 3-5 year growth strategies and plans. • Strong influential leadership skills with a team-oriented and collaborative approach. • Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels.
