📋 Description

• Communicates, develops, supports, and reviews Plan of Correction for SOD’s in response to CMS/State Surveys • Maintain record of all Survey SOD/POC submissions on the Survey Platform • On Site field Support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree preferred • Minimum of 4 years Nephrology Experience Required • Background/Knowledge of CMS Conditions for Coverage and Interpretive Guidance Required • Knowledge of State Regulations in Coverage Area Required • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Required • CCHT Preferred • RN license in state of residence Preferred • Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN, CDN) Preferred
