📋 Description

• Prepare properties for individual privatization and developer projects, including subdivision in accordance with the German Condominium Act (WEG) • Prepare properties for block sales, create data rooms and coordinate internal sales due diligence, taking legal, technical and economic aspects into account • Independently handle post-processing of apartment sales/individual privatizations, in particular monitoring contract execution and receipt of purchase payments as well as defect remediation in the context of developer projects; act as the direct contact for buyers • Take on all contract-related post-closing activities for block sales • Coordinate all processes with internal and external contacts (e.g., notaries, condominium managers, architects) • Handle and coordinate neighbor inquiries related to properties/land • Diverse, independent range of tasks and issues across the entire lifecycle of a property

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Real Estate Specialist (Immobilienkaufmann) or Notary Clerk (Notarfachangestellter) (m/f/d) • Additional property-specific qualification is an advantage, e.g., Immobilienfachwirt (m/f/d) • (Initial) relevant professional experience • Structured, independent and results-oriented working style; strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team • Strong customer/service orientation • Good MS Office skills, especially Word and Excel • Experience with SAP and FlowFact desirable • Very good German language skills
