📋 Description
• Provide travel consulting services for emergency situations • Assist clients with travel issues and emergencies at any time • Coordinate with various travel suppliers and partners for prompt assistance • Manage and document client interactions and resolutions
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years travel agency experience • Strong knowledge of Sabre, Apollo / Travelport required • VIP and international experience required • Weekends and holidays required • Ability to work overnight shifts required
