âą Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedules. âą Prospect and qualify new sales leads. âą Reach out to customer leads through daily cold calling. âą Develop and deliver presentations of our services and products. âą Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects. âą Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort. âą Maintain a well-developed pipeline and strong ongoing relationships with prospects. âą Report to Strategic Development Manager in Sales department.
âą Proven work experience as a BDR of digital services - language services experience is a must. âą Familiarity with BRM and CRM software to generate leads and analyze the statistics of sales and make data-driven decisions. âą Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. âą Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills âą Strong decision-making, attention to detail and organizational skills. âą Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs âą Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 or C1 level) and fluency in a foreign language. âą Bachelorâs degree in business or a related field is preferred.
