📋 Description

• Independent preparation of financial statements • Professional guidance and coaching of accountants • Analysis and improvement of digital bookkeeping processes • Advisory work internally and externally at a high professional level • Active and collaborative interaction with our clients on financial statements (on-site and remote)

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed advanced training as a Steuerfachwirt (tax specialist) or extensive, multi-year experience as a tax clerk (m/f/d) • At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting/financial statement preparation • Very good DATEV skills • Strong knowledge of digital accounting processes • High advisory competence and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer • Experience in project management • Coaching mentality with excellent communication skills • Willingness to travel
