📋 Description

• Independently prepare annual financial statements • Provide technical guidance and coaching to bookkeepers • Analyze and improve digital accounting and bookkeeping processes • Provide high-level advisory services internally and externally • Actively and collaboratively work with our clients on annual financial statements (on-site and remotely)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed advanced training as a Tax Specialist (Steuerfachwirt) or extensive, multi-year experience as a Tax Clerk/Tax Assistant • At least 5 years' professional experience in accounting and preparation of annual financial statements • Very good knowledge of DATEV • Strong knowledge of digital accounting/bookkeeping processes • Excellent advisory skills and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer • Experience in project management • Coaching mindset with excellent communication skills • Willingness to travel
