📋 Description

• Lead and execute the real estate portfolio development strategy and management within one or more regions and/or geographic areas; • Develop and implement a market-entry strategy for priority markets; source opportunities and negotiate in accordance with real estate rules and policies; • Define, negotiate and implement strategies to increase real estate efficiency; • Work in partnership with commercial teams to develop business models that are aligned with strategy and priorities; • Contribute to the growth of a high-performance team (greater organization, more digitization, increased automation, more data-driven processes); • Implement strategies for asset development and management; • Lead development strategies and project negotiations; • Work in collaboration with relevant departments to ensure timelines, quality and budget targets; • Ensure upkeep and visual presentation of the portfolio; • Prepare and present materials for committees; monitor and validate proposals and contracts;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Engineering or related fields; • Advanced/Fluent English (considered a plus); • Willingness to travel frequently nationwide.
