📋 Description

• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive adoption of Pond’s AI models. • Design and build a Developer and Area Ambassador Program to attract developers and general users while increasing project visibility and engagement. • Optimize funnel metrics for developer and general user onboarding, ecosystem engagement, and retention. • Identify and implement growth loops using on-chain data insights and AI-powered automation. • Scale Pond’s developer ecosystem, fostering contributions and integrations. • Manage community growth, overseeing content, engagement, and incentive programs. • Lead educational initiatives, including workshops, hackathons, and grants to attract builders. • Drive strategic partnerships with L1/L2 chains, DeFi protocols, DAOs, and AI-focused projects. • Work closely with business development to unlock high-impact integrations. • Collaborate with marketing and research teams to position Pond as an AI leader in web3. • Define and track KPIs related to user growth, adoption, and ecosystem health. • Run A/B tests on user journeys, onboarding flows, and activation strategies. • Leverage on-chain analytics, growth hacking techniques, and AI automation to optimize engagement. • Experience with building ambassador program.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth, marketing, BD, or ecosystem development in web3 or AI • Understanding of blockchain ecosystems, on-chain data, and AI-driven applications • Experience driving user acquisition, retention, and network effects • Ability to analyze growth data, set KPIs, and optimize conversion funnels • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both developers and end-users • Self-starter with a bias for action, adaptability, and experimentation mindset • Prior experience in crypto-native AI, DeFi, or blockchain infrastructure (Nice-to-Haves) • Familiarity with growth tools, analytics dashboards, and web3 engagement platforms (Nice-to-Haves) • Experience in developer and user marketing, grants programs, or hackathons (Nice-to-Haves) • Technical fluency in machine learning (Nice-to-Haves)
