📋 Description

• Independently implement ORBIS Anesthesia for our customers • Implement the anesthesia IT solution through installation, configuration, commissioning, and handover to the customer • Lead kick-off meetings • Deliver training sessions • Analyze internal processes and adapt the IT system to clinical workflows • Prepare and follow up on project-specific meetings • Assume sub-project leadership during implementation • Create conceptual and technical documentation • Collaborate with Project Management, Support, and Product Development • Support physicians and nursing staff through Dedalus healthcare technology to improve clinical collaboration and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Medical or nursing qualification, further training as a specialist nurse in anesthesia/intensive care, a degree in medicine or computer science, or comparable training • Professional experience, preferably in one of the following areas: ward communication, operating room, anesthesia, intensive care, or nursing workstation systems • Sound knowledge of anesthesia and hospital workflows • Project management experience is an advantage • Strong affinity for modern IT systems and organizational tools • Open-minded, confident, and professional approach when working with customers • Excellent presentation skills • Enjoyment of project work and strong teamworking skills • High willingness to travel (up to 80% throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken • Cover letter including salary expectations and earliest possible start date, CV, and references
