📋 Description

• Advise customers on, implement, and provide training for the ORBIS hospital information system • Successfully implement process improvements in collaboration with customers • Work as part of a team to design forward-looking and modern hospital workflows • Continuously pursue professional development and keep product knowledge up to date • Support customer contacts and end users throughout projects • Assist the support team with inquiries and incident reports • Ensure complete documentation of requirements, changes, and system configurations using templates

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in nursing or nursing science, qualified nurse, or comparable training combined with extensive practical experience in the field • Knowledge of hospital processes and day-to-day hospital operations • Confident use of modern IT systems and organizational tools • Open, confident, and professional manner when interacting with customers • Willingness to travel extensively—up to 80%—throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland • Enjoy working collaboratively on projects • Project management experience is an advantage
