📋 Description

• Design, develop, and update digital learning solutions for training on software products, including videos and interactive e‑learning modules • Create e‑learning content on internal, product‑independent topics as needed • Analyze learning objectives and target audiences and develop instructional concepts and scripts • Translate complex subject matter into clear, practical, and audience‑appropriate learning formats • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy, currency, and quality • Professionally produce learning content using Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and other authoring tools • Advise and support subject matter experts in preparing content and executing learning and video projects • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on customer‑specific projects • Support the team through professional exchange, peer reviews, and consultative guidance on instructional, content, and technical matters

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree, e.g., in clinical, nursing, business, educational, or IT‑related fields • Knowledge of HCIS products, especially ORBIS • Preferably practical experience in creating digital learning media • Ideally experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and video editing software, or willingness to upskill • Ability to present complex topics clearly, appropriately for the target audience, and with linguistic precision • Structured, analytical, and self‑directed way of working • Strong quality awareness • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Good written and spoken English
