📋 Description

• Coordinate projects for the rollout of software updates and patches within customers' complex system landscapes • Assess system environments prior to implementation through analyses based on technical requirements • Communicate and coordinate with customers, internal teams and external service providers • Analyze and adapt existing IT processes based on existing experience • Define procedures through documentation, training and requirements management • Identify automation opportunities and support them through to implementation • Coordinate the setup and maintenance of systems according to ITIL best practices

🎯 Requirements

• You have prior experience as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or in a comparable role setting up systems • Your training has provided you with solid foundational IT knowledge • Ability to recognise and take into account dependencies within an IT infrastructure • Reliability and a high quality of work • Motivation, assertiveness and problem-solving skills • Openness to change and customer orientation • Structured and independent working style • Enjoy working in a team • Confident use of Microsoft Office • Knowledge of ITIL is an advantage
