📋 Description

• You will immerse yourself in exciting large-scale projects across the DACH region and develop training concepts and corresponding training modules for our software products • You will organize and deliver train-the-trainer sessions and end-user training • You will provide practical knowledge and support participants in using our software • You will create and edit training and presentation materials • You will work closely with project management, our ORBIS process managers, and application specialists • You will continuously enhance our training offerings • You will incorporate feedback from training sessions and ensure a high standard of quality and sustainable learning outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• You are an IT enthusiast who enjoys delving into complex topics • You have a solution-oriented mindset and find the right approach even when facing challenging problems • You have excellent communication skills, can explain complex topics clearly, and inspire participants • Ideally, you have already gained experience in project management or adult education • You are communicative, a team player, and willing to take on responsibility • You are highly willing to travel (approximately 80%), both within Germany and Austria • Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English • Online application including a cover letter, salary expectations, earliest possible start date, résumé, and certificates • Applicants with severe disabilities will be given preference where qualifications are equal
