📋 Description

• Individual support and guidance of participants in their learning and development processes • Support for the development of professional, methodological, social and personal competencies • Creation and further development of cross-module teaching and learning materials • Development of practice-oriented exercises and learning prompts • Subject-matter responsibility for the further development of the modules “Professional Office Training”, “Workplace Mathematics” and “Workplace Mathematics for IT Professions” • Development of innovative learning scenarios, interactive learning prompts and collaborative learning setups in line with Learning 4.0 • Close collaboration with colleagues • Active participation in development and improvement processes • Involvement in quality assurance measures • Continuous further development of the learning offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in education, social pedagogy, business administration or a comparable field • Ideally, experience teaching basic skills, particularly in mathematics and/or Professional Office Training • Strong New Work mindset • Enjoyment in supporting learning processes and developing competencies • Confident use of digital learning environments as well as modern collaboration and communication tools • Strong communication skills, empathy, motivational ability and a responsible working style • Willingness to take responsibility for learning content and its ongoing development • Team spirit and readiness to actively shape an open learning and working culture • Very good knowledge of German as the language of instruction (C2 level) • Willingness to attend at least one in-person meeting per year
