📋 Description

• Immerse yourself in exciting large-scale projects across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH) and develop training concepts and corresponding training modules for our software products • Organize and deliver train-the-trainer sessions and end-user training • Deliver practical, hands-on knowledge and support participants in using our software • Create and edit training and presentation materials • Work closely with project management, our ORBIS process managers, and application specialists • Continuously develop our training offerings, incorporate feedback from training sessions, and ensure high quality and sustainable learning outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• You are an IT enthusiast who enjoys delving into complex topics • You take a solution-oriented approach and find the right way forward even when faced with challenging problems • You have excellent communication skills, can explain complex topics clearly, and inspire participants • Ideally, you have already gained experience in project management or adult education • You are communicative, a team player, and willing to take responsibility • You are highly willing to travel (approximately 80%), both within Germany and Austria • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
