📋 Description

• Product transition and introduction • Responsible for application readiness for product releases and global rollouts • Ensure a smooth transition from development to deployment and productive use • Support initial installations in collaboration with regional teams • Stakeholder management and alignment • Act as the central interface between development, product management and regional organizations • Ensure structured communication and coordination among all stakeholders • Contribute to product decisions based on customer impact and on-site deployment considerations • Validation, testing & pilot management • Lead end-to-end workflow and use-case validation for new releases • Manage pilot and demo sites, including on-site validation and feedback collection • Ensure cross-product integration and consistency • Knowledge transfer & enablement • Develop and deliver training for regional stakeholders (internal and external) • Create and maintain product and service documentation from a service perspective • Ensure sustainable knowledge transfer to regional and service organizations

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in the IT industry • Solid experience in healthcare IT, ideally in medical imaging • Strong knowledge of software development and deployment processes • Experience in customer-facing or application-focused roles • Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders across functions and regions • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Fluent English • Willingness to undertake occasional short-notice business travel • Knowledge of healthcare standards such as HL7 and DICOM is a strong advantage • Experience with Service Transition, Service Design or ITIL practices is an advantage • Understanding of virtualization technologies is an advantage • Experience with regulatory requirements for medical devices is an advantage • Basic understanding of AI concepts and their application in healthcare is an advantage • Experience in product or program management is an advantage • Background in requirements engineering is an advantage • Experience leading complex projects is an advantage • Fluency in an additional language (e.g., Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese) is an advantage
