• Identifying organizations who Deel should form partnerships with and building partnerships with them • Closing, managing, and enabling partners to refer clients to Deel successfully • Nurturing partnerships throughout their whole lifecycle • Ideating, launching, and optimizing co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, email, content sharing) • Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth • Building and maintaining the partnerships P&L
• 3+ years of experience in a sales focussed partnerships role. • Strong understanding of the partnership landscape - technology, professional services and venture - and are well-connected • Strong writing skills for email copy and sequence campaigns • Experience leveraging AI tools in day-to-day work • Strong strategic planning skills • Active relationship builder with internal and external teams • Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment • Proficient in spoken and written German and Polish
