📋 Description

• As a (Senior) Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our corporate customer portfolio at FINN (fleet size 10–199 vehicles) after an initial contract has been signed by our Sales team. • You will have a major influence on our corporate customers' satisfaction, demonstrated by renewals of expiring subscriptions and by customers ordering additional vehicles from us. • Driving this organic growth is an essential part of our B2B strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• You have successfully completed a (bachelor's) degree or an equivalent qualification. • You bring experience in client servicing, consulting, or sales/key account management — ideally in the mid-market segment. • You are a strong communicator, persuasive at all levels, and build trusting relationships with clients. • You think entrepreneurially: you co-develop tailored solutions with clients and spot business opportunities early. • You are structured and organized with an eye for improvements — you question processes and make workflows more efficient. • You are results-oriented, strong in negotiation, and enjoy taking responsibility for your area. • You are proficient with CRM systems and actively use data to manage your accounts strategically. • You are fluent in German and confident in English.
