📋 Description

• Manage roadmaps for MRI AI products • Deliver and continuously improve MRI AI products under the guidance of the Director of Product Management for MRI AI • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements with internal stakeholders • Contribute to product releases and successful launches • Act as product point of contact for one or more MRI AI devices • Support the day-to-day work of a cross-functional team spanning software engineering, machine learning, clinical, QARA and technical delivery • Align scope, sequencing and delivery expectations with Technical Delivery Managers • Participate in agile development activities including refinement, design reviews, workshops and stakeholder demonstrations • Resolve open clinical, product and workflow questions to unblock the team • Define problems, user needs and expected changes in plain language • Deliver prioritized features with justification • Keep company stakeholders informed with audience-appropriate communication • Represent users through customer use cases, clinical and operational context, high-level specifications and participation in design work • Maintain product roadmaps • Contribute to release planning and end-to-end launches with marketing and commercial teams • Monitor competition and market developments and share findings • Understand EU MDR and FDA requirements and collaborate with QARA colleagues • Complete job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field: life sciences, neuroscience, biomedical engineering, medical physics, healthcare informatics, computer science or a clinical discipline (Required) • 5+ years of professional experience within medical devices or medical imaging solutions (Required) • Knowledge of clinical workflows (Required) • Product mindset with ability to balance technical knowledge and healthcare business acumen (Required) • Genuine interest in medical imaging and AI, and willingness to build deep domain knowledge in MRI (Required) • Strong written and verbal communication in English (Required) • High degree of organization, individual initiative and personal accountability (Required) • Curious and proactive (Required) • Customer-first mindset (Required) • Works well in a cross-functional team and with stakeholders at all levels (Required) • Exposure to medical devices, SaMD or a regulated environment (EU MDR, FDA 510(k), ISO 13485) (Preferred) • Familiarity with radiology workflows or DICOM, PACS and RIS concepts (Preferred) • Experience with tools such as Jira (Preferred) • Follows local, regional and country employment laws • Follows DeepHealth policies and procedures • Follows data privacy, compliance, safety and confidentiality standards • Practices universal safety precautions • Regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with DeepHealth guidelines
