📋 Description

• Oversee implementations and customer success initiatives in legal environments • Directly engage with marquee customer relationships and provide value realization • Develop training materials and change management playbooks • Establish key performance metrics for customer success outcomes • Shape team standards and expand CSM bench for growth • Build and run Customer Advisory Board for strategic insights • Create foundations for a repeatable post-sale system and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in post-sale customer success with owned GRR, NRR, and expansion ARR • Experience in designing and running AI-native post-sale motions • Ability to build and maintain relationships with top-tier customers • Strong understanding of the enterprise SaaS playbooks and their evolution in post-sale roles • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
