• Support the deployment of the SaaS platform to DACH clients with other project managers in coordination with other internal teams. • Act as a liaison between client functional entities (IT, Learning, etc.) and Deepki teams, streamline communication and ensure alignment with deployment goals. • Ensure the execution of the project global strategy and propose efficiency and business-oriented operating processes. • Participate in the technical implementation of the platform, translate client needs into technical functionalities actively assessing various evolutions and enhancements. • Support operational team members during the transition of new client accounts, ensuring smooth data migration and process alignment • Conduct comprehensive data collection, identifying both existing and new data sources, and advocate for their seamless integration into our platform. • Analyse customer data to identify ways to optimise the application and associated processes • Extensively test and improve application configurations and technical processes. • Get involved in the understanding of the client's sustainability priorities, encompassing frameworks, and reporting requirements. • Translate client sustainability priorities into actionable steps within the deployment strategy and contribute to the continuous improvement of Deepki’s roadmap. • Coordinate collaborative efforts between different Deepki teams, including Customer Solution Engineering (CSE), Customer Success Management (CSM), and Product teams.
• Degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Business or similar degree that enables you to succeed within this role • 8+ years of experience in management consulting overseeing the deployment of complex IT projects • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple deployment streams concurrently • Fluency in german and english mandatory ! • Outstanding stakeholder relationship management as well as problem-solving skills • Hands-on approach to operational aspects, implementation, execution, testing and roll-out • Passion for the environmental transition • Fit with Deepki’s values: Trust, Care & Act • NICE TO HAVE SKILLS : Experience in SaaS • Experience in Sustainability and climate change management • Experience in the real estate industry • Other languages
