• Responsible for strategic new business acquisition and the expansion of existing customer relationships, with a clear focus on MICE in the Western and Northern regions • Develop, manage, and strategically grow MICE accounts as well as selected corporate travel clients for the BWH Hotels portfolio in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Central Europe • Design and implement sales initiatives to increase revenue, market share, and customer loyalty • Analyze market, competitor, and customer potential and derive targeted sales activities • Build and maintain a strong network of companies, event planners, agencies, and other relevant business partners • Conduct regular customer visits and sales trips, and represent BWH Hotels at trade fairs, workshops, and industry events • Work closely with customers, partner hotels, and internal teams to successfully develop corporate and, in particular, MICE business opportunities
• Completed vocational training or degree in hospitality, hotel management, gastronomy, or tourism • Ideally, initial professional experience in hotel sales or a comparable position • Strong sales skills, a results- and closing-oriented approach, and enthusiasm for new business acquisition • Strong understanding of market opportunities and the ability to successfully develop customer potential • Independent, structured way of working, initiative, and a hands-on mentality • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for networking • Very good command of German and English • Confident user of Microsoft 365 • Willingness to travel within the sales territory • Ideally based in Lower Saxony or Northern Germany; applications from other regions are also welcome • Willingness to submit compelling application documents and state gross salary expectations and earliest possible start date
