• Develop and take responsibility for the strategic financial and capital architecture of DEHIB in line with its long-term growth objectives. • Build, evaluate and refine business plans, financial models and scenarios for existing and new initiatives. • Prepare for and support discussions with investors, funding partners and financing partners. • Establish governance structures for equity participations, subsidiaries and affiliated entities. • Ensure a clear financial separation between charitable/non-profit and commercial/economic activities.
• Several years of experience in a senior finance role, e.g., as Head of Finance or in a comparable position. • Solid expertise in strategic financial planning, liquidity management and multi-year planning. • Experience in one or more of the following areas: corporate finance, equity/holdings management, investment, venture finance or M&A. • Competence in developing and assessing business plans and investment models. • Experience engaging with executive management, boards, investors or decision-making bodies. • Strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in social impact.
