📋 Description

• Assume technical ownership for a major international client in the energy sector • Analyze requirements for meeting rooms and workplace environments • Validate suitable AV and media technology solutions based on the DEKOM portfolio • Assess room conditions and estimate the technical installation and implementation effort • Support the planning and implementation of AV and media technology projects in Germany and, where required, across Europe • Manage video conferencing systems and AV installations during ongoing operations • Carry out maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting • Ensure uninterrupted operations • Handle support tickets independently and work closely with the central support team • Coordinate regularly in English with the client’s international contacts

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a communications or IT systems electronics technician, or a comparable technical qualification • At least three to five years of experience in consulting, installation, operation, or support for video conferencing and conference room technology • Solid knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, switches, and routers • Practical experience with Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams • German proficiency at least at C1 level • English proficiency at least at C2 level • Experience working on international client projects • Experience in the technical assessment and planning of AV and media technology installations • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe for larger projects • Independent, structured, and reliable working style • Strong service orientation and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
