📋 Description

• Lead customer workshops to analyze, structure, and refine business requirements in the public sector • Bridge business requirements from customers with the technological capabilities of the OpenText portfolio • Advise customer-side business and technical decision-makers • Develop target visions, functional concepts, and solution architectures for complex digital transformation initiatives • Identify regulatory, organizational, and process-related requirements and incorporate them into solution development • Collaborate with Presales, Product Management, Engineering, and Delivery to ensure successful project outcomes • Define functional enhancements and customizations • Test and document solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Public Administration Informatics, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in the public sector or in projects for public administration customers • Thorough understanding of administrative processes, organizational structures, and regulatory requirements • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain technical issues clearly to business departments • Experience with document management, content management, case management, electronic files, workflow systems, or specialized line-of-business applications is an advantage • Programming skills, e.g., Visual Basic, Java/JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, or Python, are an advantage • Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills • Fluent German (native-speaker level) • Good written and spoken English • Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany
