📋 Description

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements • Identify trends, variances, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue-generation opportunities • Maintain accurate financial records by documenting transactions, reconciling accounts, and posting journal entries to the general ledger • Assist in creating and managing budgets and provide financial projections and forecasts • Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations • Participate in or lead internal and external audits • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management • Oversee cash flow and optimize the company's cash position • Monitor and control expenses and identify ways to improve cost-efficiency and profitability • Perform ad hoc accounting tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field • 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable/Payable and/or General Accounting experience • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office applications, databases, and accounting software • Strong working knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, and advanced formulas • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to meet strict deadlines • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills • Effective communication skills with a problem-solving attitude • CPA or CMA certification is a plus but not required
