• Collaborate with Account Managers, clients, and suppliers to create compelling artwork • Prepare customer proofs and manage production-ready files • Coordinate artwork approvals throughout the production process • Monitor vendor communications and track project timelines • Ensure orders progress smoothly from concept to delivery • Utilize Ziflow to proof concepts to customers and work directly with customers on design changes • Communicate approval to the Account Manager promptly • Route complex supplier questions to the appropriate Account Manager • Review and approve supplier proofs on orders up to $1000 • Write and manage all exact reorders, with sell pricing guidance from the assigned Account Manager
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field • 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Art Coordinator, Production Artist, or in a similar creative production role • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Ability to work during overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US business hours • Highly proficient in Windows based computer applications • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator and Photoshop • Proficient in Google Workspace, including Drive, Voice, Meet, Docs, and Sheets • Knowledge of ASI, PPAI and Sage (Preferred) • Knowledge of AI assisted graphic editing applications (Preferred) • Familiar with CLC BrandManager 360 (Preferred)
