📋 Description

• Process and review invoices, billing statements, and payment records accurately and on time • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and errors in a timely manner • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to clarify billing inquiries and ensure account accuracy • Reconcile accounts and ensure all billing data aligns with contract terms and service agreements • Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records in company systems • Generate and distribute billing reports for leadership review • Monitor outstanding balances and escalate delinquent accounts as needed • Identify opportunities to improve billing workflows and recommend process enhancements • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable billing regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field • 3-5 years of billing, accounts receivable, or related finance/administrative experience • Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) • Strong verbal, written, and communications skills
