📋 Description
• Edit and maintain the Shopify-hosted website • Lay out the monthly newsletter • Lay out email marketing templates • Contribute to gang sheets for printing DTF transfers • Create flyers highlighting products, trends, and values for clients • Prepare occasional apparel or promotional product designs for client approval • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned • Closely follow client instructions and processes • Work varied daily tasks with flexibility
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in customer service, marketing, or direct promotional sales is ideal • 1–3 years of promotional industry experience is ideal, or experience in marketing/e-commerce • College degree in communications or marketing is ideal • Very proficient written and spoken English • Strong communication skills • Comfortable working in a deadline-centric role • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills • Accurate attention to detail • Adaptability when unexpected situations arise • Ability to execute tasks and follow guidance • Comfortable learning various software • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook • Proficiency with Google Suite, including Google Sheets and Gmail • Basic exposure to Adobe Suite • Shopify experience is required • Familiarity with promotional-industry software such as Sage, ESP, CommonSku, and Syncore
