📋 Description

• Support in analyzing blueprints and technical specifications to understand project requirements • Support contract preparation by drafting proposals and agreements for roofing projects • Utilize related roofing software & tools to streamline project planning, management, and documentation • Generate leads and set appointments for roofing consultations with potential customers • Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, pricing, and project timelines via phone, email, or chat • Communicate effectively with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless coordination • Research roofing materials, industry standards, and regulations to stay informed on best practices • Develop reports, summaries, and cost breakdowns to assist in project tracking and decision-making • Participate in training sessions to enhance roofing estimation, customer service, and project planning expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, engineering, business management, or a related field • 1-2 years of proven work experience in customer service, construction, real estate, or sales-related roles or related fields • Fresh Graduates from engineering courses are highly encouraged to apply • Prior experience in customer service, lead generation, appointment setting, and outbound/inbound calls is ideal • Strong verbal and written English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficiency in Microsoft (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and Google applications • Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and construction software is an advantage • Has exposure to CRM tools for lead management and follow-ups • Familiarity with estimation software (e.g., Xactimate, Hover, AccuLynx) is a plus • Preferably experienced in the BPO / Real Estate industry
