📋 Description

• Design and produce deck formats supporting the creative team, including RFP responses, client lookbooks, PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, capabilities decks, one-pagers, and business review materials • Translate briefs, content outlines, and raw copy into clear, persuasive visual narratives • Adapt and customize existing decks for new clients, audiences, and use cases while maintaining brand standards • Prepare and hand off final files in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, and PDF • Manage concurrent deck requests and competing deadlines in partnership with the Assistant Creative Manager • Build, organize, and maintain the creative team's presentation library in Figma • Serve as the creative team's Figma liaison and support designers working in shared presentation files • Create and maintain reusable components, master layouts, and modular slide systems • Audit the deck library to retire outdated material, consolidate duplicates, and maintain clean source files • Coordinate presentation assets with the broader brand system and DAM (Air) • Evolve the visual language, structure, and storytelling approach of ePromos' presentations • Identify gaps and propose new formats, templates, and modular sections • Research presentation trends, competitor materials, and industry pitch standards • Pilot approved presentation approaches on live projects and refine them based on results • Document and roll out new presentation standards across the team • Meet with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Leadership stakeholders to scope needs and gather content • Lead intake conversations and design reviews • Communicate timelines, tradeoffs, and project status; escalate scope or capacity concerns • Build working relationships as the trusted resource for high-stakes presentation work • Represent the creative team in cross-functional meetings with client-facing teams and senior leadership • Perform related ad hoc duties

🎯 Requirements

• Strong presentation design and visual storytelling skills • Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, pacing, and brand consistency • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain structured presentation libraries and design assets • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal stakeholders and leadership • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design output • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred • 3–5+ years of professional experience in presentation design, graphic design, visual communications, or a related creative role • Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation work • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work within US operating hours • Advanced proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite • Advanced Figma skills, including components, master layouts, file organization, version control, and shared design systems • Experience creating client-facing presentations, pitch decks, RFP responses, lookbooks, capabilities decks, and business review materials • Strong understanding of presentation storytelling, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and pacing • Experience building reusable templates, modular slide systems, and presentation libraries • Knowledge of brand systems and ability to maintain consistency across multiple presentation formats • Experience with DAM systems such as Air is an advantage • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or related design applications • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines • Experience collaborating directly with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Leadership teams • Strong research skills with the ability to identify presentation trends and competitor best practices • Excellent ability to communicate design decisions and confidently participate in stakeholder reviews
