📋 Description

• Enter product information into provided templates and data sheets • Gather and input size charts, descriptions, specifications, and basic product attributes • Maintain updated product data files for assigned e-commerce stores • Assemble product import files according to established formats and requirements • Ensure all required fields are completed before submitting files to the IT team for system import • Prepare information for pricing updates and IT implementation • Update internal product files with new or revised product details • Perform basic quality checks of e-commerce product listings, including images, product names, descriptions, and specifications • Flag discrepancies or missing information • Coordinate with Production to confirm logo files and decoration details are current • Work with the Art team to obtain product mockups for imports • Share completed files and information with the E-Commerce Technology team

🎯 Requirements

• College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field • 1-3 years of experience in data entry, e-commerce support, merchandising support, or administrative work • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filters, and simple formulas such as basic VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP • E-commerce product data entry and maintenance knowledge • Product import file preparation and data validation knowledge • Product pricing updates and product information management knowledge • Basic product listing quality assurance knowledge • Familiarity with digital assets, including images and mockups preferred but not required • Salesforce experience is a huge plus • High attention to detail and data entry accuracy • Ability to manage multiple files and product updates • Cross-functional communication and coordination • Quality assurance and data validation • Comply with all company standards as outlined in the employee handbook
