📋 Description

• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary team members to keep project requirements, deadlines, and schedules on track • Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues • Submit project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information • Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution • Facilitate change requests and communicate impacts on schedule and budget • Coordinate development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents for successful implementation and client handover • Identify and develop new opportunities with clients • Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables • Manage customer satisfaction during the project transition period • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements • Oversee ERP projects • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Highly proficient spoken and written English • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills • Extremely detail-oriented • Proven history of meeting deadlines • College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role • Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Gmail, and similar Google Workspace tools • Proficiency with Notion or similar platforms • Website project experience is a plus
