📋 Description

• Provide project management support for the Practice Marketing team • Keep top accounts on track and ensure timelines and deliverables are clear and accountable • Build and roll out standardized project plan templates for new accounts • Own project tracking and status reporting • Reduce missed deadlines and late deliverables across top accounts • Establish a capacity planning process to show team workload • Provide data-backed recommendations to leadership • Independently take on part of the account workload • Build scalable systems, processes, and templates for department growth

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building a project tracking system, template, or standardized workflow from scratch that others adopted • Ability to hold timelines and deliverables accountable with marketing managers and clients • Ability to make status, risks, and ownership visible • Judgment to know when to escalate risks and when to resolve them independently • Motivation for early-career ownership and process building • Openness to leveraging AI tools in work workflows • Currently based in the Philippines
