• Assist in HR related administration tasks such as onboarding and offboarding team members, setting up their user access, coordinating with payroll team, and following up on relevant documents to upload. • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members, and management. • Customer support - Review and promptly respond to customer inquiries related to membership, subscription upgrades, downgrades, and any subscription issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution to enhance customer satisfaction. • Provide back up support to the Admin on the Research team with general administrative needs including porting research reports to WordPress and email sendout through hubspot and EmailOctopus. • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry with strong attention to detail • Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, reporting, and correspondence • Support the Business Operations Manager in developing operational policies and procedures as well as day to day tasks, as needed. • Prepare Invoicing for Clients • Add order forms to agreed contracts • Send out client contracts, employee contracts, and other documents as requested through Docusign • Ad hoc creation of new member subscription accounts and trial accounts within Chargebee. This includes accurately setting up account profiles, defining subscription plans, and managing billing details to ensure accurate account setup and smooth onboarding experience for new customers. • Assist on various projects as needed.
• Experience in similar Ops and HR Administrative work • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to handle reactionary tasks and prioritize effectively • Willing to work the hours between 9am and 5pm EST, Monday to Friday • Experience in Hubspot, Monday.com, BambooHr, Docusign, and Word Press would be an advantage.
