📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and month-end/year-end closing • Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards • Ensure timely MIS pack sharing and reporting with the MIS team, including detailed expense analysis • Monitor working capital, cash flow, and liquidity requirements • Ensure timely updates of all Balance Sheet and P&L schedules • Design and strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and audit mechanisms • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements • Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants, and tax advisors • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for vendor payments and procurement cycles • Partner with operations, procurement, supply chain, and business teams on decision-making, process implementations, and adherence • Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team • Establish performance goals and drive process improvements through automation and system enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7 years of experience • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and taxation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics • Advanced Excel and MIS reporting capabilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-unit operational environment
