📋 Description

• Architect a detailed solution tailored to customers' goals • Effectively communicate and present design, positive impacts, and limitations of proposed solutions to customers • Approach each customer as a unique entity, ensuring their environment, skill set, internal processes, and business structure are considered • Lead the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations • Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items for deployment • Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions • Collaborate with team and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept • Groom and refine Salesforce product backlog, liaising with project stakeholders • Be the subject matter authority for the Salesforce solution being delivered • Lead and facilitate project meetings, providing status reports to management • Design and lead test plans to ensure delivery of quality solutions • Ensure documentation of testing steps • Supervise configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent • 4+ years Salesforce implementation experience in a technical or functional role • Professional Services experience • 2+ years leading technical engagements with program management or architectural responsibilities • Experience presenting and gaining buy-in within multiple organizational levels including the C-suite • Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a professional services company • Salesforce Architecture certifications • Active in the Salesforce community • Ability to demonstrate the value of core Salesforce product offerings
