📋 Description

• Guide Atlassian migration projects from Data Center/Server to Cloud, from planning through go-live • Administer and configure Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket for customers • Connect on-premises infrastructure and identity providers with modern cloud architectures • Automate recurring tasks using Python, PowerShell, or Bash • Advise customers on technical migration and architecture topics • Translate complex technical concepts into clear explanations for administrators and management • Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders throughout the migration process • Act as a technical ambassador and mentor within the team

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience administering and configuring Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket • Proficiency with PostgreSQL and MySQL • Knowledge of identity providers and protocols including LDAP, AD, SAML, and OIDC • Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash • Atlassian Certified Professional or Associate certification • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, Kubernetes, and tools including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, or Okta is a plus • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop technical solutions • Precise, self-directed working style with a strong sense of ownership for projects • Strong customer focus and mentoring skills • Audience-appropriate communication with administrators and management • Empathetic team player with strong interpersonal skills and a high willingness to learn • Direct, authentic, and hands-on approach
