📋 Description

• Administer and continuously develop Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket environments for customers • Manage and administer network, server, and cloud infrastructure, including Linux, Azure, AWS, and virtualization • Support technical migrations, such as on-premises-to-cloud migrations and data center consolidations, from planning through go-live • Independently analyze technical issues and develop pragmatic solutions, from troubleshooting through root cause analysis • Serve as the direct point of contact for stakeholders and provide advice on technical matters • Document projects thoroughly and ensure transparency throughout the entire project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of practical experience administering Jira, Confluence, and ideally Jira Service Management • Proficiency in Linux • Experience with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS • Knowledge of Microsoft 365/Active Directory, virtualization, Docker, or Kubernetes; ITIL 4 knowledge is an advantage • Structured approach to work and the ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects • Pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem-solving • Meticulous documentation skills • Ability to work independently on migration and infrastructure projects • Clear communication and openness when working with diverse stakeholders • Service-oriented mindset and resilience • Strong affinity for IT and confidence in customer interactions • Team player with a willingness to support colleagues with technical expertise • Must-have: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Linux, cloud (Azure or AWS)
