📋 Description

• Create and maintain customized customer documents such as invoices, contract confirmations, and letters • Adapt forms to meet new requirements • Improve document generation processes • Implement new features, including AI-powered automation approaches • Analyze and resolve issues in the document generation process • Support the reliable delivery of documents via print, email, and archiving • Provide customers with reliable, transparent support for issues in the document generation process • Help shape the further development of output management using AI-powered methods

🎯 Requirements

• Technical vocational training or a degree in a technical field • Programming skills • Affinity for IT and willingness to learn new software solutions • Practical experience working with AI systems • Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team while engaging directly with customers • Knowledge of OMS software is an advantage • Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage • German language skills at least at B2 level • English language skills • Willingness to travel within Germany • Experience working for a municipal utility or energy and water provider is an advantage • Experience with document generation, OMS systems, or form design is an advantage
