📋 Description
• Coordinate, train and motivate the sales team • Conduct alignment meetings, provide feedback and monitor individual and team performance • Monitor sales area performance indicators (KPIs) • Ensure targets are met and propose corrective action plans when necessary • Oversee and ensure execution of the commercial strategy defined by management or the board • Participate in planning campaigns, promotions and sales initiatives • Support the team in strategic negotiations and in managing key opportunities • Resolve conflicts and work on client retention when necessary • Ensure proper use of the CRM and continuous updating of information • Ensure compliance with established commercial processes • Prepare performance and productivity reports for management/board • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement and growth • Maintain active communication with marketing, customer success, product and finance teams • Contribute to alignment between commercial strategies and other company areas
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma • Proficient in Excel • Knowledge of Sales CRM • Availability for full-time work • Employment under the CLT regime
