📋 Description

• Monitor market and industry trends in serial, modular, and hybrid construction. • Proactively identify and acquire new contacts and construction projects via tender platforms (e.g., I-BAU). • Build and develop a network of clients, prospects, and partners in the precast construction sector. • Provide technical advice to architects, design firms, investors, and other project stakeholders on serial, modular, and hybrid construction. • Qualify and assess projects for suitability for the company's precast solutions. • Prepare relevant project information for the sales team. • Contribute to the development of technical solutions, specification texts, and planning details. • Support the sales team with technical clarifications during the proposal phase. • Conduct product and system presentations and provide technical consulting — internally, externally, and at industry events.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification. • Several years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in consulting. • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. • Experience with CRM systems and common MS Office applications is an advantage. • Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel within the Bavaria region.
